3. Prohibited Conduct & Scraping Limits

To ensure high-speed access for all players, you agree not to:

• Run aggressive automated scraping scripts that overload our servers or degrade performance.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, server security controls, or denial-of-service protections.
• Re-host our entire website or software algorithms as a commercial clone.

4. Intellectual Property

The custom source code, UI design system, layout styling, interactive calculators, and original graphic assets created for PokemonType.net are the intellectual property of PokemonType.net.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
